Shipping & Delivery

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day. Shipping charges are based on order totals and Olivia Care offers free shipping on all orders over $75, (free shipping not valid on Canada, Alaska and Hawaii orders). Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge. Returns & Replacements

It is Olivia Care's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items must be in unopened, sealable condition. Ordering

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am PST will be shipped the same day. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday..
